General Procedures

Using Eagle CMMS is largely intuitive. The following information gives you an understanding of how to make the best use of the product.

Actions. Most actions are invoked using different buttons or icons. These are pictured and described on.

Deletions. As you create records, you may notice a Delete icon for line items. You may have issues deleting a record if it is associated with another. We recommend using the Disable checkbox over deleting for reporting and data integrity purposes.

Imports. If you have existing records of locations and assets, you can import these using the Multidata Template and Upload Data buttons on the related windows. See Multidata for instructions.

Users. Your Tier level determines the number of users eligible for your Eagle CMMS account. Regardless of your Tier, you can create unlimited work orders, unlimited Sites, and have unlimited storage (GB).

Outside Files. Additional documents and images can be attached to records; however, each file has a size limit of 10 megabytes.
