Failure codes are used to provide detailed information on why an asset failed, such as operator error, maintenance mistakes, asset defects, or calibration problems. They can also indicate the type of work that was performed on the asset.

The Eagle Failure Code window has 25 pre-defined codes. You have the option to edit existing codes and add your own codes.

From Company Setup Failure Code

  1. Select theAdd button at the upper right of the list window.

  2. Complete the required FailureCode Code and FailureCode Description fields indicated by a red asterisk.

  3. Click Save.
