WO Category

Work Order Categories help you filter and organize work orders by categories that fit your organization.
Eagle CMMS comes populated with a few standard Work Order categories. Your work environment may differ. For example, a manufacturing company requires different Work Order categories than a hospital or school.
WO Categories are a good way to filter and report on similar types of work in a Location, Building, or Site(s).
To make any changes to a single WO Category from this view, Edit the desired WO Category.
If a WO Category record is no longer needed, mark the Disable check box on the record.
Create a WO Category
From Company > WO Category:

Select the Add button at the upper right.

Complete the required Name field indicated by a red asterisk.

Choose a Site. Note: Add All populates the field with all Sites.

(Optional) Select the Default WO Priority.

Click Save.
