Invoice Item Types

Customer Invoice Item

Path: Customers > Invoice Item Types

Invoice Types are like the Types that are set up in the Company menu. The Invoice Item Types are used to create the Customer Invoice Item Types associated with your Site.

To make any changes to a single Invoice Item Type from this view, select the Edit button by the desired Item Type.

NOTE: This page is used only for Customer Invoice Item Types. Vendor Invoice Item Types are managed from Company > Invoice Item Type.

Add window for Customer Invoice Item Types

From Customers Invoice Item Types:

  1. Select the Add at the upper right of the Invoice Item Types window.

  2. Complete the required Name field indicated by a red asterisk.

  3. (Optional) Choose the Sort Order. This determines the order you see the list.

  4. Select the Sites to which the Type applies.

  5. Select Save.
