Template Relationships
The Templates have different requirements for a successful Upload. The following list includes both required links as well as possible links for the various modules.
Buildings
Required – current user’s Company
Required – current user’s active Site
Optional – a Department (Buildings Group) in the same Company
Optional – an Address in the same Company
Locations
Required – current user’s Company
Required – current user’s active Site
Required – a Location Type in the same Company
Optional – an Address in the same company
Optional – a Building in the same Site
Assets
Required – current user’s Company
Required – current user’s active Site
Required – an Asset Type in the same Company
Required – an Asset Status in the same Company
Optional – a Building in the same Site
Optional – a Location in the same Site. If the Location has a link to a Building, the Asset will also have the link to a Building
Optional – a Vendor in the same Company
Part
Required – current user’s active Site
Bin
Required – current user’s active Site
Optional – a Building in the same Site
Optional – a Location in the same Site. If the Location has a link to a Building, the Bin will also have the link to a Building.
Vendor
Required – current user’s active Site
