PM Library Overview

Preventive Maintenance is an important element in keeping your organization running smoothly and within budget. Use the PM Library > Create New window to create a new PM Work Order. Once you establish a Schedule, Eagle CMMS automatically generates new PM Work Orders according to the schedule.

The My Templates window is helpful when you want to create similar PM work orders and make small differences without having to re-enter all the details.

Templates are also used when you have a number of Sites and wish to share the same PM information to some or all Sites.

Eagle CMMS includes a My Boilerplates window, which is used to start a Template. Once you have a general Boilerplate Template design that works for you, convert it to My Templates and add details.
