Review Active PMs
Path: PM Library > Review Active
The PM Library Review Active window lists all your active PM work orders. This view allows you to:
Quickly see Active and Inactive values at the top of the page

Sort and Filter PMs by any column
-
Delete PMs
-
Edit existing PMs
-
Add new PMs
-
Print or Export multiple PMs
-
Multi-Assign Staff or Vendors to PMs
To make any changes to a single PM from this view, click the desired PM ID # in the first column.
To create a new PM, select the Add button at the top of the page.

Eagle CMMS Professional users can assign Vendors from the Review Active window:

Mark the desired PM check boxes.

Select the Vendor from the Multi Assign Vendor
field.

Choose the Multi-Assign
button to assign the Vendor.

(Optional) Click the Multi-UnAssign button to unassign the Vendor.

Select Yes on the popup message.

Eagle CMMS Professional users can assign Staff from the Review Active window:

Mark the desired PM check boxes.

Select the Staff member from the Multi Assign Staff
field.

Choose the Multi-Assign
button to assign the Staff.

(Optional) Select the Multi-UnAssign button to unassign the Staff.

Select Yes on the popup message.

On the Review Active window:
-
Check the desired records.
-
Select the Multi-Print button at the top right.
-
Select printer and options from the popup window.
-
Click Print on the popup.

Check the desired lines.
-
Select the CSV button at the top right.
-
Open and save the generated spreadsheet.
