My Boilerplates
Path : PM Library > My Boilerplates
As described in PM Library Overview, My Boilerplates allows you to experiment with a potential PM Work Order. After saving a boilerplate, you can convert it to a PM Template.
Use of My Boilerplates is required if you use the metering feature. See About Asset Metering for metering information.
Create a New Boilerplate
From the My Boilerplates window:

Choose the Create New button at the upper right of the screen.

Complete the required fields (marked by a red asterisk): Title, Work Order Category, Priority and Due Every.

Complete as many other fields as desired.

Select Save .
Convert a Boilerplate to a Template
From the My Boilerplates window:

Click the Edit button for the desired boilerplate.

Select the Add to My Templates button at the upper right.

Select Save on the popup.
When the window refreshes, the Template record opens in Edit mode ready for you to complete the sections at the bottom of the window. See My Templates for more information.
